Weigh in!

So i have officially lost 4lbs!

I feel we have been eating much better than in weeks before and its proven to work! My husband has also lost some weight but of course he doesnt need to!
I have been doing good on keeping up with my weekly meal plan and clipping the coupons and doing weekly shopping trips. But i have to admit i have yet to step into the gym :-(
I want to start doing that more in the next month!! I feel once i do it continually for 30 days i will have a routine and it will be easier to stick to!!

  1. Excellent, congrats! Even if you don't have time to step into a gym, you can take little steps, i.e. taking stairs instead of elevators, take baby strolling around the neighborhood, park in a space a bit further away so you have to walk a bit to get to a store. Keep it up!
