Day 1 of eating better

So today i had a half of turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on whole wheat. a cup of coffee with half and half and splenda with a friend ;-) then a chicken salad with sweet red peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and chickpeas.

I was quite proud of myself today i should have taken a picture of the salad it was a work of art!
